Four-part (Virtual) Book Study:
This free, four-part virtual book study, kicks off September 15, 2021 from 3:30 – 4:45pm with Dr. Marilyn Friend. Dr. Friend will be leading our first session which will mainly focus on chapters 1 & 4 of her new book Specially Designed Instruction for Co-Teaching. The remaining book study dates are: November 17 and December 16, 2021 from 3:30 – 4:30pm.
Join your Region 5 TTAC for a continuation from the summer co-teaching trainings and based on the new book, Specially Designed Instruction for Co-Teaching by Marilyn Friend. We will go beyond co-teaching basics and focus on maximizing student outcomes by intensifying teaching and learning. Participants will receive a copy of the book and will be expected to participate in four virtual sessions.
