Did you know that each public high school in the Commonwealth is now mandated to publicly identify the faculty member responsible for special education transition planning and coordination on its official website at each high school?
Join us for a p.m. half-day VA CEC pre-conference to support you and your team in leading new transition regulations and implementing high-leverage practices to improve secondary transition services for students with disabilities.This is open to individuals and teams and is facilitated by experienced educators who will share valuable insights, practical tools, and innovative approaches to enhance transition planning, services, and coordination.
There is no extra fee to attend the pre-conference and is also available as a free stand-alone event.
